Barbelle  Club is a functional Mixed space . A space inclusive of multiple sports such as Crossfit, Boxing and Bootcamp.

Functioning on group classes as well as one-on-one personal training. Barbelle's main aim is to help women strive to achieve their fitness goals whether it was weight-loss, toning, building muscle or competing. Our programs are tailored to suit each unique need.

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed with speed or at a high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. They move the largest loads the longest distances, so they are ideal for maximizing the amount of work done in the shortest time.

WeightLifting is a sport in which athletes compete in lifting a barbell loaded with weight plates from the ground to overhead, with each athlete vying to successfully lift the heaviest weights. Athletes compete in two specific ways of lifting the barbell overhead: these are the snatch and the clean and jerk. The snatch is a wide-grip lift, in which the weighted barbell is lifted overhead in one motion. The clean and jerk is a combination lift, in which the weight is first taken from the ground to the front of the shoulders (the clean), and then from the shoulders to overhead (the jerk). The clean and press, wherein a clean was followed by an overhead press, was formerly also a competition lift, but was discontinued due to difficulties in judging proper form

Boxing is the art of attack and defense with the fists practiced as a sport. It is a combat sport with both an amateur and professional level. Building strength and stamina attacking and defending with fists, kicks, footwork and body movements.
